IF someone out there is willing to donate a General lines agent and customer service representative study Manuel 24th or even 23rd edition, please let me know, I need to tear the pages out and make a pdf version. I cannot read the book. Im so upset. why would you take an online course and the main book you need to read is not available online! all they had to do was make the book availbale on line and then just ask questions every couple of pages and then add quizzes. no you first have to take 10 quizzes witch are only a small portion of the reading you have to do online. then you have to read a large book that is in print and falls apart anyway.
