The state exam is not broken down into sections.  The questions from all areas are inter-mingled.

Yes, I would recommend you know the meaning of amm the bolded words.  what is covered in basic and broad form coverage.  Who is appointed and agent and how..same goes for Customer Service Rep.  The class exam is harder than the State exam.
