Question of the final exam

I just passed the OLT final exam and there was a question I still dont know why I got it wrong:

The insured purchased a Commercial General Liability policy. The insured, suspecting illegal activities by a tenant, checked the tenant’s apartment while the tenant was absent. The tenant sued for damages claiming wrongful entry. Which coverage under the Commercial General Liability policy applies?Choose one answer.

A. Bodily Injury  - Incorrect

B. Property Damage - Incorrect

C. Personal Injury  - Correct

D. Advertising Injury -  Incorrect

I chose D(wrong).

Coverage B is "Personal and Advertising Injury" and covers:

claims against the insured for false arrest, detention or imprisonment, malicious prosecution, wrongful entry or eviction, slander, libel, violation of private occupancy, misappropriation of advertising ideas, infringement of copyright.

Items C and D in the question and the actual name of the coverage totally confuse me.

Any help is appreciated

Thank you

This is exactly what I'm referring to with this course. Item C should have read Personal and Advertising Injury because that's the complete name of this coverage. There is no Personal by itself or Advertising by itself. While the situation describes the Personal portion of this coverage, the answer is incomplete and confusing.

Allende,

Thanks for pointing this out.  The way this question is written, both C and D are correct. This used to be two separate coverages and now they are combined into one coverage.

I will have this question revised today.

Jan, please check that I got this right on my final exam. I was confused since neither B or C rang a bell because in my mind it was Personal & Advertising Injury which is what the correct answer should have been, but was not available as an answer.

I already passed the test but want to make sure I don't get dinged because of a test error. Your help is very much appreciated!
