What classes of risk are eligible for CPP?

A. All classes except those eligible for homeowners
B. Apartment houses and residential condos; offices and office condo associations
C. All classes
D. All commercial or business classes
Correct answer is "A" but aren't classes like Aviation, W/C, Health, etc. classes that would be ineligible for CPP?

Standard Commercial Package Policies do not include aviation, surety, health, marine or workers comp exposures. As far as the classes of risk - all classes of risk are eligible for a CPP except those that are eligible for homeowners. Please reference section 8.2 on page 132 in the state manual. I think this is what the author had in mind when she wrote this question.
