after completing the olt course i got an email with steps saying to apply for license so i did it an paid the 57 dollars after that it says to submit it with my set of fingerprints.... the question is do i need to submit the application in person along with the fingerprints and do i pay for the fingerprints online.

You need to make an appointment for electronic fingerprinting in your area. Certain law enforcement and school board offices provide this service and you usually need an appointment. The fingerprinting office will send your fingerprints to the state electronically. You pay the fingerprinting provider.
