Course Completion

Course Completion

Hey everybody,

Wanted to give you all a heads up. I completed the class course and took the final two weeks ago. I had to call OLT yesterday to make sure that they had mailed out the certificate of completion to the college I registered to, low and behold, they had not sent it after almost 10 days.

I would highly suggest upon your completion of the course after you submit the grade submittal form, to give OLT a call to make sure they have received it. The woman I spoke with said she hadn't seen that I had submitted the grade submittal form (back almost 10 days ago), but after a minute or two of her digging around in the system, it magically appeared.

Just prepare to follow up with a phone call that way your paperwork is properly processed. A few more days and I'll be sitting for the state exam.

Good luck everybody,

-Russ

Good afternoon Mr. Rands.

Thank you for your phone call yesterday. Your form was expedited to your college. Please understand, by law, the colleges have up to thirty days to send you your certificate of completion.

Please accept our apology for the incident that happened to you. Out of hundreds of students completing their "grade submittal form", you were the exception to our normal process.

We will follow up with you in the next few weeks to make sure you have received your certificate of completion.

Per our conversation, remember you can schedule your state exam at any time.

If I can be of further assistance, please call the office.

Maria
