In the Work Comp section for the penalties for noncompliance the online course mentions there is a $1,000 fine plus $100 per day of noncompliance. However, the manual mentions the division will assess a penalty equal to 2 times what the employer would have paid in premiums over the last 2 years or $1,000, whichever is greater. Does the information the online course mention in addition to what the manual is mentioning regarding the penalty? Thanks!
