I was wondering if this question could be clarified. The question asks what describes the "retroactive date". Only one answer refers to this date, the other answers refer to the claims-made form altogether. However, the correct answer to the question was "All of the above". How is this? Shouldn't it be the only answer that refers to what the retroactive date is?
Thanks!
