I'm not sure of your question.  All of the P&C insurance courses have a course final exam.  Once you have completed the final exam, you must complete a grade submittal request.  If a state is required you can schedule and take the state exam through Pearson Vue.  The steps for each of these processes is listed in your registration letter.
