If someone who does not have PIP insurance is driving the vehicle of someone who has complied with the No-Fault Law, the exemption is given to the person driving the vehicle. The opposite is also true. If someone who complies with the No-Fault Law is driving a vehicle that doesn't comply with the law, they are not tort exempt. You cannot use someone else's PIP, but you can use their tort exemption when you are driving their vehicle.
All HO policies are "package policies" and they have section II liability and med pay. Section II is not automatically included in Dwelling policies and must be added by endorsement.
