When should I expect a response?
1) I want to check my dates for course availability.
2) I would like to know if the sample exam at the end of the book is similar to the course final.
3) I also wonder if the study cards have material that I need to know to pass the course or if being able to pass the quizzes at the end of each unit is a good measure of knowledge for course success.

You mention you are having trouble computing loss settlement for PAP. Can you be more specific? Are you having trouble understanding the concept or working through the math or working through the steps in the process.
