Hi Hope You should focus on the definitions, I.e. Sliding, twisting, etc. There may also be questions on timelines, I.e. How many days do you have to notify the state of change of address. The newest area of test questions on the agent test is the statutes referring to the duties of a customer service rep. Look for my earlier post where I have listed all of these statutes by number. It's good that you are studying this area because it is heavily tested. Jan
