Hello, you can unsubscribe from the forums, but maintain your membership in the Breakroom, or you can unenroll from the Breakroom completely. If you would like to maintain access to the forums but are tired of receiving all the emails, you can either edit your profile and change to digest emails... Which would be one email per day maximum with a list of links to posts made that day, or you can click on the forum you are receiving emails from, and then in the settings on the bottom left click unsubscribe.
