Can someone remind me what I need to do after I completed final exam here. I sent an email - submit grades or something like that an I'm guessing I will be getting a certificate of completetion. Who sends to the state? Do I send it? I already passed a state exam a few months ago and was told aftre the state exam that I still need to take a 200 hour class. How long till I actually get my physical license?

Hi Monique,
When I completed the exam, there was a grade submittal form. You need to complete this which is indicated when you're done. This information gets sent to MDC who will email you when they've sent your results to the Dept of Financial Services. You will receive two physical Certificates of Completion from MDC and once the Dept receives notification, this will show in your profile with them. Hope that helps!

You're welcome. Which license are you referring to? If you already passed your state exam, they send you a confirmation email from the Dept so you can go to your profile and print your license from there, either 8.5 x 11 OR wallet size. It's paper and you can laminate if you wish - not even on certificate paper.
If you're referring to the Certificate of Completion for this class, I don't recall but I think it was within a week from when you complete the final exam. They actually send you two - very nice looking.
I passed both. I passed a state exam three months ago, but the state refused to actually give me license till I also complete a 200 hour class. This happens when you already have an agent's license ( like 20-44 in my case) but you don;t work in your field ( PC in my case, I work in medical underwriting). So three months later I finally passed teh final test in this class and wondering how long it will take till teh state findds out that I completed 200 hours cause they are holding my raise at work because of that.
I honestly don't care how it looks like. I just want my proof that I have 220, my raise lol and money back form my work for this class

Print the email from MDC which confirms completion of the course or provide them a copy of the certificate once you receive it. I know it was less than two weeks before I got mine in the mail.
