In page 61 of the manual, under the limits for liability I see two bullets that to my eyes contradict each other. Can someone clarify them for me:

- $2,500 for business property while on the residense and $500 while away from the residence.

- $1,500 for property away from the residence, used primarely for business.

Thank you!

Allende, I'm taking these Andy Beverly Limits quizzes and they show $2,500 on the premises and $1,500 off the premises. I think the $500 might be an error. I saw that as well but didn't peruse since I've got three other questions out there with no response. It might have helped to know the answers since my state exam is today and I couldn't find the explanations in the manual. Hope you get a response.

Please disregard my previous reply as it was wrong and I hope an instructor confirms what i just read. Sorry. I just saw that: 1. On premises it's $2,500; 2. Usually on premises but off premises temporarily it's $500; 3. Off premises its $1,500.

Grisel, You are correct. There is also a difference in what is covered or excluded. Jan

Allende, The difference is in "what" is covered. For example, one liability limit applies to "in or on" a motor vehicle. This is an issue that would be sorted out by a claims adjuster. Jan
