Coverage A is $30K and there's total loss by fire. Which is correct regarding coverage for Other Structures for DP1 & DP2?

According to manual, Other Structures is 10% of Cov. A which would be $3,000 for both DP forms so I thought the answer was $3K for DP1 & DP2, but answer is DP1 (nothing) & DP2 ($3K). Why?
BAP Question:
John has BAP Liability Symbol 1 - any auto; physicial damage Symbol 2-owned autos only. If he is in at fault accient which will NOT be covered?
The choices were A. other party's wrecked car, B. contents of other party's car, C. contents of John's car and D. John's wrecked car. The answer was A. Why? I couldn't find anything in the manual.
These will probably be the final questions since I'm now going to reinforce but I need a clear understanding of concepts I don't recall or don't understand.
