i was a 2-20 agent in nj for 22 years. i retired in 2000 to take care of my dad. after 13 years he passed away and I am starting all over again. i took the 4-40 and passed with flying colors in a very short time - it was like a refresher course.  this course, although somewhat more difficult was informative and precise.  I finished my exam in 55 minutes and passed with flying colors.  If any of you are having trouble, it is because you are not absorbing the vast information necessary to be an agent. dont blame the course. The course and exam were exactly what they should be.
