I have studied this chapter and understand Shrub and or tree coverage is at a minimum $500 however, according to a simulator test I took it states as of July 2013 the minimum is $1000 is that correct? 

I had another similar question come up again in BOP where I understood the maximum square footage a building can contain and still be eligible for a policy is 20,000 square feet but it stated it was incorrect.  The correct answer is 35,000 square feet.  Can you confirm this is true since my book tells me 20,000?
