QUESTION regarding CGL policy: Store sells a refrigerator and they install in Mrs. Smith's home. After installed, it blows up and catches on fire causing BI to Mrs. Smith and damage to the kitchen. What would CGL cover?

ANSWER: BI to her and damage to kitchen but not the refrigerator. Why not the fridge? Does this mean she has to buy and not get reimbursed for it?
