Unit 8 Quiz error in grading

I've taken quiz for Unit 8 twice. Both times I missed two answers and yet I got a grade of 90.48. It might be because it appears that the final four answers are not being calculated. While this is a passing grade, I would like to receive the score I earned :-). Thanks

The score you earned is 90.48.  There are 21 scored questions which makes each question worth 4.76 pts.  You missed two questions: 4.76 X 2 = 9.52.  100-9.52 = 90.48.  The four missed questions have been removed from the scoring.

Hi Jan. Thank you for your response. However, I did not miss the final four questions (22-25). I answered them correctly but they did not get scored. When I went back to review them, the boxes in the upper left-hand corner were gray and not scored. They showed zero but with a green check mark by the correct answer. It happened twice and indicates the system is not recognizing them. Can you please inquire on my behalf? I'm reviewing this unit and will re-take the quiz anyway just for reinforcement. Your help is really appreciated.

Hi Grisel, Jan;

I have edited the programming on the exam and it is no longer ignoring the last 4 questions.  In the past it was giving just over 4.25 points to each of the first 21 questions and completely ignoring the last 4 questions - as though they were review but not graded...

Students will now receive 4 points for each correct answer on all 25 questions in the quiz.  Grisel, this raised your score from a 90 to a 92.
