How long does it generally take to receive the certificte of completion?
Not sure what the average is but mine "fell through the cracks" and I had to call and ask for it so it

Most certificates of completion are issued within less than 5 business days of the Grade Submittal form being completed. However, it is important to note that students in these courses are enrolled through several different Florida Colleges, and they don't all have the same contact information. It is always safe to contact OLT, and they can tell you when your college was notified. OLT can be reached at 561-283-0333, or toll free at 866-357-0841 during regular business hours. You can also refer to your Welcome Message for information specific to your college, and your course.
