Allende,

The state recently revised the eligilibity requirements in the Homeowners Program to allow "trusts" to be a named insured.  The answer to this question should have the word "trusts" removed in order to be correct.  I will make this change immediately.

I do not know of any conditions that would allow an entity to qualify as named insured in a personal lines homeowner policy.
