Checking in to see if anyone has taken final yet. I haven't, I know they will use the same type of questions as on quizes. I am studying the quizes and the back of the book practice test. I would think that many of the questions would have to the same ones. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
I took it. the questions are the same as the quizes, except you can't check your answers, wrong answers are a whole point not partial points off until you get the right one.... 50 questions, broad range of questions...

Hi Bret.
Did you take the final test and also the state exam?
Let us know how you did!
Cheers
Cesar
Do we have to take the state exam after completing this course? I thought with the final we were set...
Please someone bring some clarification
thanks
HI Indra,
You are not required to take a state exam in a designation course. The RCSR course certifies you to apply for a state 4-40 license without the state exam. Your final exam provides the state requirement.

Hi Jan,
Doesn't it certify for a 6-20 as well? Or are those on the same level?
Thanks ,
Tyronza
Tyronza,
The 6-20 license is an adjuster license. The Accredited Claims Adjuster course is different from the Registered Customer Service Rep course.
RCSR = 4-40 license
ACA = 5-20 or 6-20 license

Great!
Did you pass? how was the process of taking it?
Thanks for your comments.
Have a great day!
I passed and it was mostly questions that I saw from the quizzes. It could have been 4 questions at most that I hadn't seen.
Good luck!
