Hi Landon - I'm glad you realized that attempting the unit exam without studying the unit is not a good way to prepare to pass the online course.  We recently noticed a coorelation between the amount of time a student spends in the unit and their test score.  Obvioulsy, the more time in the unit, the higher the score.  There is no minimum time to complete a unit, but there is a recommended time.  A major deviation from this time is usually not a good indicator that a student will be adequately prepared for the final exam - and especially the state exam!  There's no harm done.  Please continue to study in the best way that helps you retain the concepts taught in this course and let me know if you have additional questions regarding course content.  Good Luck! - Jan
