Joe has a DP-1 policy w/ 50,000 Cov. A and 2,000 Cov. C. Fire damages the building and a storage shed. Replacement cost of the dwelling is 22,000, w/ an ACV loss of 15,000. The storage shed out back has a 2,000 replacement cost damage (ACV of 1,000) w/ a 500 deductible, what will the policy pay.

The answer is $15,500. I cannot figure out why. Please advise.
