I have completed all the lessons but most of them say 0% grade in the grades section. I have an average of 94% in quiz grades but a 47% overall in the class. Can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong?

The 47% is 47 out of 50% possible from the quizzes. The Final exam is the other 50% of your course grade.
Lessons: Lessons are NOT graded (as far as your course average goes, any grade shown is for your own information as to how you are doing learning the material).
Unit quizzes: Unit quizzes are graded and averaged together and are worth 50% of your final course average.
Final Exam: You are only allowed two attempts on the Final Exam (which is one more attempt than a college class would allow you!), and the higher score of the two is what is used for your official Final Exam grade.
The final exam is worth 50% of your course average.
Remember, although the Final Exam is averaged with your unit quizzes for a course average grade, it is your final exam score we report to the State and place on your Certificate of Completion, per State requirements.
