You may need to check again as the completions system updates approximately every 5 minutes.

If you still seem to be missing something please let me know which course and which item doesn't show complete on your end.

If I am reading the reports correctly you have completed the final exams for all courses in your Bundle.  If so, and if you scored above a 70% (I didn't check) you should be able to submit your course completion affidavits in each course, and in some courses the certificate of completion is available through a link in the course. 

Both of those may be required for the course to show as completely complete.
