What companies out there hires Claims Adjuster with no experience

I just completed my ACA Course and currently waiting my license to arrive.  I have been applying everywhere but I noticed that employers are requesting 2-3 years experience in claim adjusting and others even ask for AIC (Associates in Claims)

Please share if you know of any company in Tampa that hires inexperienced adjusters. And any advice if I should take an Associates in Claims to double my chances out there.

Any advice will be greately appreciated.

Great question. I am looking forward to the responses as I also have this concern as my experiences are in the Caribbean and not Florida.

Peter,

The 5-20 and 6-20 license are the same thing.  The license converts to the job you hold. If you are working for a specific company, you hold a 6-20 license and if you work independently, you hold a 5-20 license but it's the same license on paper.

Job prospects? - most companies want their adjusters to start on a first response team. however many companies train on-the-job for catastrophes.
