Ok I have completed the course and passed my final exam, it says I should receive an email certificate from OLT, it has been two days and I have not received that, I have also gone on Florida's CFO site, filled out everything and paid my $50.00 but how will they know I have completed the course ? And where do the finger prints come into play and when ? This process afterwards is very confusing.
Have you filled out your course completion form at the bottom of your course?
Typically OLT responds pretty quickly once you have done that.

OLT
Yes three times tomorrow will be the third day and no email yet.
I used the Help link above and created a Help/Support request for you. Someone in the office should be able to look up your records and see if there is any hold up. They should also be able to answer your questions about fingerprinting etc.
You should receive an immediate email from the ticketing system. Typically the office staff respond to tickets before noon, but occasionally it does take longer.
Please feel free to post any further questions, or use the ticketing system to speak directly to the Registrar and Compliance staff.

Here is what the ticketing system responded.
Malcolm Owens,
Thank you for contacting us about your Certificate of Completion. We have opened ticket number 100628CC to research your situation. We will be contacting you soon with verification of the procedures we have followed to submit your Grade Submittal Form and have your certificate issued.
While you are waiting, please confirm that you have completed and submitted your Grade Submittal form (at the bottom of your course). Typically you will receive your certificate within 10 days of submitting the form, however there are courses which allow for up to 30 days before you get your certificate of completion.
You will most likely receive your certificates soon either through email or postal mail. (Depending on the college).
While you are waiting for your certificate there are a few things you can do.
- You can make an appointment for their state exam in the meantime. (If your course demands a state exam.)
- You can continue to study the lessons and quizzes and textbook to prepare for the state exam (if needed)
- You can purchase a Pass Prep or Practice Exam course to help you study and identify weak areas in your preparation.
- You can make an appointment for the state exam as soon as you feel ready. (If your course requires a state exam.)
Thank you for contacting us reference your Certificate of Completion.

Malcolm,
The state allows 30 days to send a Certificate of Completion. OnLine Training usually responds within 10 days or less.
Please let me know if you haven't received your certificate by the middle of this month.
