I have been going through the unit exams again, and was marked Incorrect on the below question and answer. I confirmed in the 26th edition study guide that the wording does specify that the coverage for defense is contingent on not having exhausted the policy limits.
Can you please confirm that I actually got this question correct, or please clarify why my answer is wrong?
