I stressed in the beginning, Jan knows :) but I persevered thank you for all your help! Study, study, study. Test was not as hard as I made it up to be in my head when you do that. I mostly just retook unit tests and created my own flash cards recreating the questions from the units. Works tremendously! I wish everyone the best!
Congratulations Michele and thank you for emphasizing the key to passing the course and the state licensing exam - study.
Often students don't realize that the 2-20 pre-licensing course is similar to a college course. Successful completion of the course results in a state insurance license - and in some cases, an insurance license is more profitable than a college diploma.
The 2-20 General Lines Agent course is not an easy course and the state licensing exam requires study in order to pass. Successful completion of the course and state exam can result in a lucrative career.
Best of luck in your new career, Michele. Thank you for taking the time to share your success with other students!
Jan
congratulations !!!! can you please tell me how many questions in the test ? do you have any suggestion?
Thank you
Hi Diana,
Please refer to pages 2-10 in the state study manual for information on the state exam. These pages tell you the number of questions, the amount of time allowed, and the percent of each type of question on the exam.
The best suggestion I have is the same suggestion that has been shared here in the Break Room over the last few days - study, study, study. Review the unit exams and the state manual.
Best of luck!
Jan
