passed it on third try only advice i got is to study i didnt study my first two times and also im wondering if they send the license in mail?

Thank you for pointing out the importance of studying! Students who are willing to study, study, study, usually pass the state exam on their first attempt.
I'm not sure if your license arrives in the mail or if you receive your license electronically. I received my license through snail-mail, but that was the only option 20 years ago. Please refer your question to FLDFS.
