Online review before you take the State Test

Online review before you take the State Test

I am finishing my course online in the next few weeks (Feb 12th).  I bought my Insurance Manual from a 35+ year insurance pro.  He does in classroom training in Pensacola.  I'm trying to convince him to do one or two online reviews (5 hours) for those of us who want to pass the state test on the first try. He does a two day weekend review at the end of each month and gives you a PowerPoint printout at the end.  I think that he interviews students (who took the test and didn't pass 1st time) to ask them what was difficult for them.  So he must gear his focus towards these areas.  His 2 day classroom session is $200.

I also think that we could get him to do a mentor session so we could 'pick his brain' what its like in the insurance industry. etc

I wanted to know if anyone would be interested in a Gotomeeting session and what would you feel comfortable paying?  I already pitched it to him and said he could come down to $150.00 for a 5-6 hour online review session.

Let me know what you think.

I would have been possibly if it were possibly in March. I still have quite a way to go (until the end of March) before I finish my online coursework and am ready for the exam.

Leslie,

I'll pass it on.  I'm going to take his in person session at the end of February.

He's not into online/gotomeeting training, so he's a little shy about going online and what it takes from his side of the presentation.  I'll see if he would broadcast the 2 day Feb session, in a closed Gotomeeting.   The Feb 2 day session is on 25th and 26th

I'm pretty sure that he could get a few people every two weeks.

Thanks for replying

Daniel

Just wanted to update you, I took his review class and it was great.  More than just a review.  He hit on everything and then some.  He covered  a lot of material and he was focusing on the book and the test-what he thought might be on the test.  I was initially wrong about his interactions with students and former students.  He has had students who have come by and said this was difficult for them and that was hard for them.

If you are coming in the Pensacola area, let me know or try to find a veteran giving some lessons in your area.

This was well worth the time and money.  More than just a prep for the test.
