I'm on unit 4 section 1 and whenever I click submit to the review question it just refreshes the page and I am unable to move forward with the lesson....has anyone experienced this glitch? I've tried leaving the lesson and re-entering my answer and it still only refreshes the page..any help is appreciated!!
I had the same issue with Chapter 9. I discovered that if I put an incorrect answer in it would let me proceed. I opened a ticket with the technical support. Hopefully they can get it taken care of soon.

Unit 6 is stuck too, on both lesson 1 and 2 the course will not proceed past the answer to the first fill-in-the blank question.
I've submitted trouble tickets for both lessons. I've also tried calling.
Are there no tech support people working after 5pm or on weekends?

The office is closed for the weekend, however I am working this weekend on reformatting the Short Answer questions in your course. After this, they won't just blindly accept all answers, you will have to answer them correctly and then you will get credit for your correct answers. Our goal is to improve knowledge retention by forcing people to actually type the correct answer. Please forgive us for any frustration you experience while we are updating the text and reformatting these questions.

Hello, the review questions do appear buggy in this version of our program. We are working on removing them from the course.
In my case, this has been happening since lesson 9! Not only does the system reply "no credit" on the questions with the "breadcrumbs", even if you DO give the right answers, it will do that on the True/False questions, even if you're right!
I would REALLY hate to go to the PA Insurance Commission about this, but they need to know why this system is screwing !
