Thank you for your question.  You probably don't know this, but the 2-15 Health & Life Pre-licensing Course was expanded from 40 hours to 60 hours beginning in 2016 and the course was reworked to accommodate for the new laws.  The old 40 hours course was not intended to synchronize with the study manuals in the past.  During the update the authors attempted to synchronize to some degree.  It is not perfect and the authors are still not sure if the course should follow the manual in unit order.  In the past, prohibited practices and other rules and regulations were sprinkled throughout the course, mainly because they were hard to remember and extremely important for the passing of the course and the state exam.  I guess what I am saying is that you are not going to find everything in order in the course.  Since the course must be updated each year when new statutes, rules, and regulations come out, the course is a constant work in progress.  Also, we never know when the manual order will be changed.  I hope this helps.  Thank you so much for your inquiry.  It is students like you that help us continuously improve the course and therefore the experience of the student.  Email me anytime.
