Good Evening: I would like to know if after completion of final exam, eventhough we pass, we still have the oportunity to try the second attempt before sending the grade submital form ,and is going to retain the higher grade of the two attempts on the final?also, after sending the grade submittal form, what is the next step? please respond ASAP.

We do not have any settings installed which would block you from taking the exam a second time. You will receive credit for the higher grade.

I'm not sure if you are able to take the final exam a second time if you pass on the first attempt. You could ask the technical department if this is an option.
Next steps are listed in your welcome letter. It depends on the P&C insurance course you are taking. Are you taking a course that requires a state exam? If so, you have to register for the state exam. With all courses you have apply for your license and send fingerprints to the state.

Thanks Jan, I already complete the course and it allowed me to take the final exam for the second attempt even though I pass on the first one, and it retained the highest grade. I send the submittal grade form already. my question now is: the questions on the State exams are the same ones we have been seeing in all the quizzes through the course? what else can I do before taking the state exam, that makes me feel well prepared for it?

Congratulations on completing the 2-20 course! The questions on the state exam are taken from the same content as the online course. You should continue to study the state manual and review the course unit exams. If you did well on the online course, you should be prepared for the state exam.
