System not providing rationale in Units 2 and 3 knowldege checks

I have encountered on several occasions throughout Units 2 and 3 where the knowledge check quizzes don't provide a rationale for incorrect answers or correct answers. I keep getting "sorry try again" and no matter what combination of responses I give I keep receiving this message. I have no idea if I am answering the questions right or wrong. Is there some way to correct this? This is on the 4-40 material

HI Lisa,

We are working on changing that question format as there seems to be a permanent problem with it.  These same basic questions are asked and answered elsewhere in the course, and you are always welcome to ask your instructor for answers to specfic questions.
