I can not take by final exam because Unit 9 lesson 1 is not registering as being complete although it is, I have emailed and called about having this fixed to no avail, can someone get this taken care of?
HI Jimmy, We have a couple of poeple working on this now. We will contact you when we have discovered why your lesson completion is not registering and have fixed it so that you can take your Unit 9 Exam and the Final Exam.
Hello, I have just verified that you now have access to the Unit 9 quiz, and once you pass it you should have access to the Final Exam. I am sorry for the frustration this must have caused. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
