I have completed my course and I am unable to submit my final grades form. Every time I click "submit", it said, "Please match the requested format." Please, help me.
Do you know which of the fields is having a problem with the format you are using?
If you call the office at 561-283-0333 they can usually help walk you through submitting the form. If they can't solve the problem over the phone with you, they will forward all the pertinent information to our support staff and will have the tools needed to solve your problem.
