PROBLEMS WITH SYSTEM RECOGNIZING YOUR ANSWER IS ACTUALLY CORRECT?

Hi everybody, I just started this course and I have been having problems on those questions where you are supposed to complete the sentence. I typed the correct answer but the system keeps telling me to review my answer with the correct one and it matches! I tried several times different ways, using caps, no caps, etc and keep getting the same error.

Should I just ignore it as it isn't the quiz and just continue?

I tried contacting the instructor with no luck!

Thanks in advance!

Hi Laura, I know you and I haver been in touch but I wanted to respond in the break room for other students who may be waiting for an answer. The system can be sensitive in the first few units. If you know the answer is correct, you should continue on through the lesson. If you are unsure, please email me so we can discuss. Also, remember the lessons are not scored and they do not count toward your grade. Jan

Hi Laura,

Since the lesson questions can be senstive to puncations, caps, etc. the learner is simply directed to review their answer with the answer given.  The lesson questions are practice only and they do not count toward your grade. The unit exams are multiple-choice and you will not have this issue on the unit quizzes.

Please let me know if you are unsure of answers as you work through the lessons and I'll be happy to explain the answer(s).

Regards - Jan
