Can someone please explain this answer to me? It was my understanding
that Florida is a "No Fault" state. I am finding this course to be a bit misleading...

Rachel,

No-Fault is not included in the "policy" section of the insruance policy.  Since insurance carriers use standardized forms, PIP cannot be listed in the policy section because all states do not have a No-Fault Law. In Florida, No-Fault coverage is shown as the first endorsement on all Florida policies. It is a mandatory endorsement since it is the law in Florida.
