Am I the only one being affected by this issue: following a unit, there is a knowledge review section. Upon completion, especially multiple choice sections, you read: "Sorry, please try again." Example, Unit 3: Your answer :  The Florida No-Fault Law came about in an attempt to contain rising costs of auto ______ (liability/physical damage) insurance. In other words to reduce lawsuits in our state. =

Liability

Those who comply with the law are not subject to _____ _______ for causing bodily injury to others, regardless of fault. (Some exceptions apply for serious injuries.) =

Legal Liability

Since the law prevents you from seeking legal liability from others for bodily injury, the law also established a coverage endorsement under your own policy to pay for your injuries. The policy coverage endorsement is called _________ ___________ __________. =

Personal Injury Protection

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) pays ___% of medical expenses and _____% of work loss up to a maximum of $______ when basic PIP is selected. =

80%; 60%; $10,000

The death benefit under PIP is $_____. =

$5,000

PIP benefits follow the ______. Tort immunity follows the ________. =

Insured; Vehicle

Non-residents of FL are also subject to the No-Fault Law if they have had their vehicle in Florida for more than ____ days of the preceding 365. =

90

Sorry, please try again. Is this affecting our final grading of completing portions equally to our final outcome?

I had the same thing happen to me. I was going to come back to that, but seeing it's not only me I am wondering how many more will be like this? I would like to know also.

I had the same issue. Even after reviewing the material and making sure it is correct, the answer key still stated it to be wrong. I think there is a glitch in the unit possibly.

I was in unit 6 and the book said sub-lease but the question said lease so I selected false and it was the wrong answer

Hello, everyone... I just wanted to make sure you all get a reply in this forum, We usually speak directly to students about tech support, and the posts here were just brought to my attention. We are looking into the situation with the multiple question matching format, and watch for other issues as they come up.

If you find a particular question that seems to have an icomplete or wrong answer, please contact an instructor to check it for you.

Our courses are live and evolving constantly to meet the requirements of our students, and the industry.  We have found some cases where there is a typo, and we are finding that some question formats become buggy with time and have to be changed.
