I contacted FAIA and was advised there was a misprint in the manual and was emailed a corrected PDF version. But for example, in Residual Markets, the rating section for FWCJUA is missing, Statute 626.311 Scope of License is not in my book, along with others. Statutes 626.561 and 626.572 is printed twice... Thanks.
