Our office has received your Grade Submittal Form and will be forwarding it to Miami Dade College for processing (you will be copied on that forward).  The college will electronically report your completion to the Florida Department of Financial Services and will then mail you your Certificate of Completion.

If you review the email you received at the time of registration, there are links to that various entities involved with licensing.  This information can also be found in your course in the "Florida Licensing Procedures".
