I have manage to finish the 17 chapters with the quiz each unit has. I have gotten the required grade to pass but when I click on the option after chapter 17, that says study guide and final. I only have the study guide and not the final. I did the "study guide" thinking it will show up once I have completed it, just like in the chapters but nothing. ANY HELP?

Sometimes, due to connections and other things, you won't be able to access the Final Exam for about 15 minutes or so from when you complete the last requirement in the course.
I typically recommend that after completing yoru requirements you log out, take a break and then come back fresh to take the Final Exam.
