When taking the test or any test:
Write three categories... disregard the numbers after the Yes, Maybe or No for now. That is explained further down.
1. Yes: 1,
2. Maybe: 2,
3. No: 3,
As you go from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4, etc... going all the way through the test (answer All Questions first) before making any changes.
Let's say you read #1 and you know the answer for sure. It's easy.
Put 1 next to the Yes (category)
Then: 1. Yes: 1,
For question number 2 you are not sure but feel pretty good about your answer.
Then: put 2 under 2. Maybe (category)
The third question.. you have no clue. You do not know the answer or have a good guess.
The third question is reported under 3: No way.
The forth question you know for sure... where do you put 4? Next to the 1 in the Yes categorie.
Classifie each of your answers under the three possible responses.
As you start the test remember many computerized test reevaluate how you are responding to the questions as you go through the test. Many test will "reload" every 20 questions. This will allow that no two people in the room will have the same questions.
So, assuming your getting a new level of test as you proceed; those who blaze through the test will sometimes have more difficult questions loaded as they go because the computer thinks you're at a different level. Once you get the questions loaded; you can't go back.
Assuming this to be a reasonable assumption: TAKE YOUR TIME!
100 questions for a 3 hour test allows you nearly 2 min per question...
Take each question and consider your answer. There are three possible conclusions.
1. Yes I know the answer
2. Maybe I got it write... I thiink that's the right answer
3. No... don't have a clue.
So, your taking your time. You are not going to review until you reach the end of the test.... Never reveiw until the end.
Question? What do I review?
Review only the "No, I don't have a clue"
Note: more times than not.. the longest possible answer is usually the correct one.
Now.. to determin if you have enough correct answers to pass.
Add all the number 1. Yes: answers. You can count on 80% of those being correct
Add all the number 2. Maybe: answers. You can Usually Count on 50% - 60% being right
Add all the number 3. No: answers. Due to there usually being a 1 of 4 possible... seems like you would have a 25% chance to get them right.
To be safe: add the 80% of the total number 1 answers with the 50% of the total number 2 answers and that will tell you pretty closely whether you passed.
You'll by default luck into some number 3. No answers... remember to use the longest answere when you really have no clue.
Good Luck
is this included the score on the quiz.
