Hi All, Could somebody explain how the correct answer for this question is $10K? Thxs! Introduction and Unit Three - Lesson 1 Your answer : 22000 The correct answer: Bill can only collect a total of $10,000 from PIP. The Question: Bill has a Personal Auto Policy providing PIP coverage. Bill is injured in his vehicle and suffers $20,000 in medical bills plus he suffers work loss of $10,000 in lost wages. How much will his PIP pay for his bills?

Because the max PIP will pay per person for medical and work loss and replacement services is 10,000. even if he has 100,000 in medical and work loss pip onlu pays 10,000, if he had died then pip would have paid 15,000. Because death is 5,000 per person. I hope I helped.
