" Possible consequences for aiding and abetting an unauthorized insurer include conviction of a third-degree felony (F.S. 624.401) and liability for all unpaid claims of the unauthorized insurer (F.S. 629.901) as well as subject to suspension or revocation of all insurance licenses (F.S. 626-621, F.S. 626.611 and F.S. 626.6215). " is the correct response to:
I answered it True but someone could answer False and still be correct. In the first part of the question it says you can be convicted of a 3rd degree felony (which is true) but the code is listed as F.S. 624.401 and that is incorrect. That is the F.S. for "Acting as an Insurer Without Proper License" but for "Aiding and Abetting an Unauthorized Insurer" the code is "626.901" according to the General Lines manual.
I thought I would let you know so you can make the change on the system.
