You want to study concepts for the state exam. A large part of the state exam is made up of scenario questions.  The state "paints-a-picture" of a situation and you have to determine the available coverage, amount payable etc.

You should memorize time frames for cancellation and non-renewals.  There will be PIP and Coinsurance math questions.

You should refer to pages 2-6 for the 2-20 state exam outline.
