Both Occurrence and Claims-Made forms apply to BI or PD which occurs during the policy period. The Claims-Made policy allows for extended reporting periods to file the claim, but the claim still applies to the policy period during which the claim occured. A 2002 claim would apply to the 2002 policy since the claim was filed within the boundaries of the claims-made policy.
